Design proof
A 3D render of your sign arrives by email within 3 business days.
Up to 2 revisions
Change the lettering, swap details, adjust the scene. Nothing is carved until you approve it.
Carving
Carved in western red cedar on my CNC router, in a roughing pass and then a fine finishing pass.
Hand finishing
Sanded and detailed by hand, then sealed with an exterior spar finish.

Ready 2 weeks from design approval. Free delivery in Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Burnaby, New Westminster. Shipping anywhere in Canada is quoted per order.
How I design
Yes, AI helps with the design. Here's how.
A deep-relief scene like a heron in the reeds or a figure in a garden would take weeks to sculpt by hand in 3D software. I use AI tools to help develop the relief artwork, so a fully custom scene is affordable for an address sign.
What the AI doesn't do is decide. I compose the layout, set the lettering, choose the details for your house, and clean up and adjust the 3D model until it carves well in cedar. You see it and approve it before anything is cut. Then the carving runs on my machine, and the finishing is done by hand.
In short: designed with you, digitally sculpted, carved and finished in Port Moody.

Looking after it
Cedar is naturally rot-resistant and the spar finish does the rest. Refresh the finish every year or two, more often on a sunny south-facing wall. A light sand and one new coat keeps it looking new. Ask me and I'll send instructions.
